Date Nights

Clay Date Night

Our host will get you set up on pottery wheels for a few hours of dirt and fun. Make a piece, we'll glaze and fire your favorite one, then give you a call when it's ready in about four weeks. For any eadditional pieces you would like glazed and fired, there is a $5 fee per piece to cover finishing costs. This can be paid the night of the event.

Clay and tools included. Wear or bring clothes you don't mind getting dirty!

Print Date Night

A true make-and-take! Our instructor will get you set up on a project for a few hours of ink and fun. You will try your hand at carving, mixing and rolling ink, and making a successful print. There will be an instructor demo and hands-on assistance, so all you have to do is show up. 

Materials and tools included. Ink is forever, so wear clothes you’re not attached to just in case!

Metal Date Night

A true make-and-take! This is an introductory class where you will learn shop safety, fire management, tools and equipment, the appropriate use of the various parts of the anvil and you will spend some time forging, tapering, bending, scrolling and forming material.

Materials and tools included. Please wear only natural-fiber clothing, long pants, and close-toed shoes in the metal studio.

Wood Date Night

A true make-and-take! This introductory class, we will cover the basics of building an exceptional project from scratch. You’ll have the opportunity to customize it and truly make it your own. The possibilities are endless when it comes to enhancing your project with pyrography (wood-burning) and basic carving techniques.Join us in our brand-new, state-of-the-art wood shop, where we’ll make wood chips and enjoy the creative process together.
